A Little Bit About Me
My name is Amanda Johnstone, and I am a Qualified, Level 3 Mat Pilates Instructor, with 12 years experience.
I decided to set up my business as an original and fun approach to Pilates. There may be a sore muscle or two along the way, but I believe getting fit should be enjoyed, not dreaded.
In a nutshell, SIMPLY PILATES teaches you how to align your body, using your muscles in the way they were designed to be used, rather than the way they have learned to be used.
Classes are booked in blocks of 6 as it takes a minimum of 6 weeks for the body to begin to learn the new habits required to develop better posture and a lifetime to maintain them!
Over the weeks you will develop strength, mobility, balance, posture and flexibility. You will also experience improvements in self confidence, self esteem and self awareness, resulting in a new zest for life!
