8 week block week beginning 3rd March 2025 to 5th May 2025 (inclusive)
No classes weeks beginning 7th April and 14th April 2025.

BLOCK OF 8 WEEKS - PAYABLE IN ADVANCE OF THE START OF THE BLOCK
£88 ~ A block of 8 Hall classes (60 mins)
£68 ~ A block of 8 Zoom classes (50 mins)

Missed classes can be made up for by attending another class within the same block, where a place is available.
Payment is through BACS, Cheque or Cash.
​
Classes in halls will have a maximum of 15 people.
All halls are spacious, clean, warm and well ventilated.

Small equipment required
- Mat
- Resistance Band
- Soft Pilates ball
- Yoga block or brick
- 2 tennis balls or spiky balls
- x2 hand weights (max 1.5kg each)
- x2 ankle weights (max 500g each)
Zoom classes only
- Pilates ring
- Foam roller full length
- Broomstick/pole approx. 1 metre length
You will be required to bring your own mat and small equipment to each class. Each Monday I will let you know what you need for your class that week.
In Hall classes I will provide Foam rollers, Pilates rings and Broomsticks on occasion, which will be fully sanitised.
